Book time with Connor.

You are on this page because I sent you here, so I will skip the pitch. Pick a time below and we talk. Selling a house. Putting AI to work in your business. Bringing me in to speak to your team. Or the thing you have not said out loud to anybody yet. Same calendar, same guy.

No cost. No pitch deck. No list. Nobody else calls you afterward, because there is nobody else. If I am not the right person for what you need, I will tell you who is.

After you book

Here is exactly what happens next.

STEP 01

You pick a slot

Confirmation hits your email and your phone right away, with the time and how we are meeting. Change it or cancel it from that same message. No forms to chase.

STEP 02

I show up

Me. Not an assistant, not a call center, not a lead coordinator reading a script off a screen. If something breaks on my end you get a call from me, not silence.

STEP 03

We talk it through

Bring the address, the problem, or the question. You leave with a straight answer and a next step. Deciding to do nothing is a completely acceptable outcome.

What we can talk about

Five reasons people book this calendar.

You only need the one that brought you here. The rest is context on who you are talking to.

01
Real estate

Selling a home in the Santa Clarita Valley

I represent sellers. Not buyers, and never the buyer on my own listing. That is the whole model. It removes a conflict most sellers never even find out was sitting in their transaction. Licensed here since 1998, under Sync Brokerage, Inc.

Bring the address and your timeline to the call. I will tell you what I think the house does in this market, what I would fix and what I would leave alone, and what the road from today to the closing table actually looks like. If the right answer is to wait, I will say that too.

02
Buying a home

You are buying, and I am not going to be your agent

I do not represent buyers. That is not me turning you away, it is the same rule working in your favor. An agent who takes both sides has to put somebody's interest second, and you would never be told which one.

So here is what I do instead. I hand you to a buyer's agent I would use myself, independent of me and not on my payroll, and I give you the questions to interview them properly before you sign anything. Ask me those questions on the call and I will tell you what a good answer sounds like and what a dodge sounds like.

03
AI for business

Putting AI to work inside a small business

Follow up that happens whether or not you remember to do it. A CRM that is actually wired to something instead of sitting there as an expensive address book. A voice agent that answers the phone at nine at night while you are at your kid's game, and books the job.

I build these for real businesses, and I run every one of them in my own first. Bring me the thing that is falling through the cracks and I will tell you whether software fixes it or whether you have a process problem wearing a software costume.

04
Speaking and training

Come talk to my company, team, or association about AI

Brokerages, associations, service companies, chambers, sales teams. I come in and show what this technology is actually doing to the work your people do, using live systems instead of a slide deck full of predictions. No hype, no doom, no vendor pitch at the end.

I have been writing code since 1983 and building with the current generation of these tools every single day, and I report what I see in the Daily Download. Book a slot and bring your date, your room, and who is in it.

05
The personal one

Food addiction, fasting, and getting your body back

Food ran me for years. Extended fasting is how I took it back, and I have kept none of it private, including the parts that do not make me look good. If that is the reason you found this page, book the same slot and we will talk about that instead. No program to buy.

Still reading? Just pick a time.

Worst case, you spend twenty minutes and walk away with a straight answer you did not have this morning.

Who you are actually talking to

How a cop ended up building AI and listing houses.

  1. 1983

Twelve years old, teaching myself to write code. Nobody asked me to. I wanted to know how the machine worked. Forty plus years later that has not changed, which is the only reason I saw this AI wave coming early.

  2. Eighteen years old

Corrections officer in New Mexico, about three years across two sheriff's departments, Roosevelt County and Otero County. Three years on the working side of a locked door teaches you what people do when they have nothing left to lose.

  3. Seventeen years, LAPD

Sworn with the Los Angeles Police Department, most of it on motors. Then three more years as an LAPD Level III Reserve. With the New Mexico years that is twenty three years in law enforcement. You learn to read a person in about four seconds, and you learn that most people are telling you the truth badly, not lying well.

  4. 1998 to now

Licensed in California real estate the entire time. CalDRE #01238257. Santa Clarita Valley. Sellers only, on purpose, and it costs me buyer commissions every single year.

  5. Somewhere in the middle

Food got the better of me. I got it back through extended fasting and I documented all of it in public, because pretending it never happened would make me exactly the kind of person I cannot stand.

  6. Today

I build AI systems for small businesses, I list homes for sellers, I speak to rooms full of people about what this technology is really doing, and I record a show about it every day. I am a believer in Jesus Christ. That is the whole resume.

The through line is not real estate and it is not AI. It is that I say the thing out loud, including the parts that cost me. Book the call and you get the same version.

The part people ask about second

The hours have not changed since I wore a badge. Up at three thirty in the morning. Done around nine at night. That schedule started in law enforcement and it never left.

What changed is who it belongs to. Back then those hours went to an agency. Now they go to the people who hire me. That is a better trade than it sounds, because an agency cannot be disappointed in you personally, and a client can.

It is also the answer to the thing nobody asks out loud after reading a list like the one above. The question is not whether I am spread too thin. The question is whether I will have time for you. Three thirty to nine is a lot of hours, and they get pointed at one thing at a time.

License and brokerage

Everything checkable, in one place.

You should be able to verify any agent you are about to hand a house to. Here is mine, including my responsible broker. Look it up on the California DRE public license lookup before we ever speak.

Before you book

The questions people ask me first.

What does the call cost?

Nothing. There is no fee to book time here and no obligation afterward. I am not going to invoice you for a conversation.

Will I get put on a list?

No. Booking does not enroll you in a drip campaign, and there is no sales team to hand you to. You booked time with me, and me is who shows up. If you want to hear from me after, say so and I will note it.

Do you represent buyers?

No, and I will not make an exception for a good one. I represent sellers only and I never represent the buyer on my own listing.

If you are buying, I refer you to an independent buyer's agent I would use myself, and I give you the questions to interview them before you sign a thing. Book the same slot for that conversation.

What does it cost to list my home with you?

The listing fee is standard and negotiable, and I go through it with you directly on the call, along with everything else that moves your net number. It is a conversation about your specific house, not a price off a menu, and I am not going to pretend otherwise on a web page.

I am not selling for another year. Too early?

That is the best possible time to talk. The decisions that change the number at the closing table are the ones made nine to twelve months out, not the week you list. Book it now and we will build the runway.

Can we do this by phone or video instead?

Yes. Phone, video, in person, or standing in your kitchen. Put which one you want in the booking notes and that is what you get.

Can you come speak to my company or association about AI?

Yes, and I would like to. Brokerages, associations, chambers, service companies, sales teams. Live systems, not slides full of predictions. Book a slot and bring your date, your room size, and who is in the seats. More on what a session looks like.

Do you only work in Santa Clarita?

For real estate, yes. Santa Clarita Valley and the communities right around it, because deep beats wide and I have been in this valley since 1998. AI work and speaking are not limited by geography.

Rather write than talk

Send me a message first.

Not everybody wants to jump straight onto a calendar, and that is fine. Tell me what is going on. It comes to me, not to a team, and I answer it myself.
